Two men have recently been arrested for sitting outside peoples houses and logging onto the wifi connections emmanating from inside. In another incident a woman was caught sitting in her car with cardboard placed in the windows to hide her nefarious wifi robbery. Is the moment when dogging became blogging? Apparently the government are also planning entering onto the statute book offences for non-payment when charging your phone in a restaurant, watching the TV through the front window of Currys and listening to the people next door make love through the bedroom wall.
